The farm complex and the agricultural company
The estate, located within the boundaries of the Parco Artistico Naturale e Culturale della Val d'Orcia in the province of Siena, covers 308 hectares, where vines and olives are grown in the hilly areas and cereals on the valley floor.
Palazzo Massaini, in the province of Siena, houses the company headquarters and the owner’s living quarters and is still the hub of the estate, with its wine cellars and a shop selling goods produced on site.
Nearby, the Cavarciano farmhouse and the La Pieve farmhouse, two ancient sandstone cottages, have been transformed into farm holiday buildings which can accommodate up to thirty people.
In this region, guests can spend pleasant holidays going for long walks or bicycle rides (bicycles may be rented free of charge by guests staying at the farmhouses) along quiet and sunny country lanes, in a natural setting which offers a wealth of ancient architectural treasures, magnificent views and typically Tuscan landscapes.
