The Palazzo Massaini Agricultural Company
The Palazzo Massaini Agricultural Company
Palazzo Massaini, which houses the company headquarters and the owner’s living quarters, was named after the noble Massaini family from Siena in 1550. The family was responsible for the transformation of the ancient Bibbiano Cacciaconti castle into a Renaissance villa.
The estate is located in the province of Siena, on trunk road 146 linking Moltepulciano to Pienza and at the top of a hill which overlooks the magnificent “City of Pius II”.
These days, with its wine cellars and farm shop selling typically Sienese goods, it is still the focal point of the estate.
