Description of the wine:
The 2016 vintage has been characterised by ideal conditions, the scarce summer rainfall and the high temperatures, but not extreme, have allowed the grapes to mature in perfect conditions and without stress for the plant. The result is this wine with a deep red colour with violet shades, the extraordinary olfactory intensity that tells of a very pure spice, of notes roasting, coffee, chocolate, without forgetting the fruit of Marasca intense and vivid. The wine is on the palate of great consistency, warm, with a dense tannic texture and at the same time elegant. This wine is able to improve over time thanks to the refinement in bottle, even for many years. A wine that gives great emotions, to be tasted slowly, recalling the gentle hills of our lands, designed by cypress trees, olive trees and vines.
