Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196, 30/6/2003 (“Data Protection Law”), the Palazzo Massaini estate informs its customers that:

  • personal data will be processed for commercial, direct selling, marketing and commercial information, promotional and statistical purposes, as well as for analysing customer preferences, via both electronic and paper processing methods.
  • The provision of data, such as name, surname and email address, are required from the User of the Site for registration, as well as for sales support to be given, including verifying and rectifying any technical difficulties the User may encounter.
