Wine description this wine is the result of the successful marriage of two grapes that complement each other, Merlot and Sangiovese. The result is a wine with an intense garnet colour and an extraordinarily pure nose, with notes ranging from roasted coffee and chocolate to an intense spicy note reminiscent of juniper. On the palate, the sweetness and fullness so typical of Merlot is immediately noticeable, followed by the balanced tannicity of Sangiovese on the finish. This wine is excellent with red meat and game, but also as a meditation wine, to be savoured slowly to enjoy all its extraordinary complexity.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
