Sensorial Analysis: this meditation wine tells a story of the Tuscan tradition made of patience and knowledge . The patience of waiting for the natural concentration of the grapes that, hanging in old rooms, are passed only by the effect of time and climate, the patience necessary to wait for the wine to concentrate, for many years, in small wooden barrels, the wisdomthat knows that time must be left to the time. The result is a wine with a necessarily amber color, with intense aromas of candied fruit, tobacco and dried fruit. In the mouth the wine is warm, dense, almost oily, but also sapid, thanks to the typical acidity that gives an extraordinary taste balance to a wine that is a true sensory experience. Wine that can be refined for many years in the bottle.
