Sensorial Analysis: Analisi Sensoriale: this meditation wine tells a story of the Tuscan tradition made of patience anfd knowledge. The result is a wine with a necessarily amber color, with intense aromas of candied fruit, tobacco and dried fruit. In the mouth the wine is warm, dense, almost oily, but also sapid, thanks to the typical acidity that gives an extraordinary taste balance to a wine that is a true sensory experience. A wine tha can be rifined for many years in the bottle.
