Ancestral wine: the use of amphorae helps preserve the purity of the fruit, allowing the wine to mature slowly. Deep garnet in color, it releases floral notes of violet, fruity hints of cherry, and subtle spicy aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is powerful and austere, with soft tannins and a typically savory finish. This wine pairs beautifully with red meats and game, as well as with traditional Tuscan soups.
